Before you start your programme or project determine how the outcomes will be presented and what interactions may well be required with stakeholders.

Engaging and enabling stakeholder working sessions, interim results reporting and a final presentation may all be required.

These are supplemented by

dependent on the needs of the programme or project.

Outputs
 Generally the output take the form of documents produced in a variety of forms from a major report(s) to collections of simple visual postcards.

Your scoping exercise should have determined which form best suits your organisation and/or audience before you start.
