I HAVE A MANUSCRIPT OF MY BOOK WITH THIS TOPIC. MY INTENTION IS NOT TO WRITE A TECHNICAL THESIS BUT A FUNCTIONAL GUIDE FOR LAY PEOPLE PARTICULARLY THOSE IN NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Since i'm also interested in a practical and a functional managerial guide, i would appreciate if you could elaborate whether your book is based on your own life experience or on an empiric research. Do you find this valuable?
